Have an Exclusive Perth Party Venue
The main reason our cruise guests choose a Swan River party cruise for their events year after year is that they get the venue all to themselves. Many Perth function venues will require a minimum number of guests and a significant minimum spend to secure exclusive use of a space. Even then, restrictions may apply to catering, decorations, and entertainment.
With a Perth boat hire from Exclusive Charters, you can host an event tailored to your needs, with vessels suitable for groups of 2 to 300 guests. From an intimate gathering to a large celebration, a private boat charter in Perth gives you personal use of your chosen vessel and the freedom to create your ideal party. Your event, exclusively.
Message us on Facebook or Instagram to find out which boats allow BYO, or check out our fleet and tell us which vessel you fancy.
Flexible Beverage and Catering Options
How many Perth party venues allow you to bring your own food and beverages? Most of our Swan River cruise vessels allow BYO and, where possible, cook your food onboard. We can also recommend a fabulous caterer specialising in onboard catering and offering extensive finger food, buffet or BBQ catering options. Check out our catering menu. Alternatively, our Swan River cruise guests can still organise their caterer if preferred.
A private boat charter in Perth lets you plan the dining experience around your event, rather than work around a venue’s set arrangements. From casual BBQs with colleagues to catered celebrations with family and friends, a Swan River party cruise gives your group the flexibility to enjoy the good food, drinks and views of Perth from the water, all in a space reserved exclusively for your guests. For anyone looking for boat catering in Perth, these options make it easier to plan a menu that suits your occasion.
The Swan River is The Ultimate Venue
Being out on the water is so relaxing. Escape the city’s hustle and bustle while still enjoying the best of both worlds. Cruise along one of Australia’s most iconic waterways and take in the spectacular Perth City skyline, especially as the lights come on after sunset. A Swan River cruise lets you admire the city you love from the comfort of a luxury vessel, with a fresh perspective you simply can’t get from a land-based venue.
The changing views along the Swan River also give your guests a plethora of activities to do during the cruise, from taking photos against the city skyline to catching up with friends and colleagues along the way. For a work function, birthday or special gathering, a boat party in Perth offers a different way to bring everyone together while enjoying the sights of the Swan River.
Create A Memorable Experience
Every Swan River cruise we organise is unique to our guests’ needs. Our Cruise Managers offer a range of optional services to help you organise your entertainment, equipment, transport, decorations, and more. This means less hassle during the planning process and more freedom to create an event that feels personal to your group.
With a private boat charter in Perth, you can bring your ideas together in one setting, surrounded by the sights of the Swan River.
